BankiFi and Praetura Lending Division announce SME lending collaboration

BankiFi has teamed up with Praetura’s lending businesses, including Praetura Commercial Finance and Praetura Asset Finance, to launch a new platform and lending-as-a-service solution. The platform will enable SMEs who don’t meet the mainstream banks’ criteria for alternative lending to explore a relationship with the Praetura Lending Division. The new collaboration will also be beneficial to high street banks that do not offer asset or invoice finance solutions. Follow the link to find out more.
 

Decently and ScubaTx shortlisted for awards at the upcoming Bionow Awards

Our life sciences portfolio companies Decently and ScubaTx have both been nominated for prizes at Bionow’s highly anticipated awards ceremony and dinner. Decently is shortlisted for the Bionow Product of the Year award, following the launch of its acquired brain injury ward platform Melo. Meanwhile, ScubaTx is nominated in the Bionow Investment Deal of the Year category. The latter marks ScubaTx’s first institutional investment following our participation in ScubaTx’s seed round last year, investing as part of the GMC Life Sciences Fund By Praetura.
 

Futr announces eight G2 winter badges

G2, the peer-to-peer site for reviewing business software, has awarded our portfolio company Futr with eight winter badges. These badges are given to businesses that deliver world-class products and experiences for their customers, making them a major mark of recognition. Futr’s badges include ‘High Performer’, ‘Easiest To Do Business With’ and ‘Best Support’. Writing on LinkedIn, Futr said: “A huge thank you to our team and customers for making this possible. Your support fuels our innovation in AI chatbot technology.”
 

Maxwellia’s LoviOne emergency pill wins prestigious consumers’ choice award

Maxwellia’s LoviOne emergency contraceptive pill has been named this year’s Pharmacy Product of the Year Consumers’ Choice following a successful launch, which has proceeded the Lovima daily contraceptive pill. Following the announcement, Kim Wathall, Maxwellia’s Senior Brand Manager, commented: “For LoviOne to have won the consumers’ choice award is a huge achievement for the brand, and one that means the world to us at Maxwellia.” Following on from this major win, Maxwellia has also launched LoviTest™, which is a discreet STI testing service. Percayso Inform pens new Experian partnership

Percayso has teamed up with the Experian Automotive team in a move that will enable the latter to sell vehicle valuation data from Percayso Vehicle Intelligence. Speaking about the news, David Kelly, Percayso’s commercial director said: “This new partnership with Experian is a major step forward for our vehicle data intelligence service.” He added: “While our traditional strength is in the UK insurance market, the breadth of data we can provide on any vehicle in the UK – private car or commercial – can offer tremendous insight to a host of businesses in the automotive sector from dealers and OEMs to the aftermarket industry.” Check out the full story via BusinessCloud.
